getting more nervous...

sighs...stressing soo bad...havning an anxiety attack....can't breath properly...and the milk i drank at dinner isn't doing me n e good either. sighs sighs. please pray for me. i don't know why...but in times like this....i freak out soo bad that i cant even breathe properly.
