Bizzare

for some reason, i never seem to like stop thinking of stupid things to write. let alone, i have alot of like stupid entries that simply say i am bored in tons of words. kinda funny. meh. hm. well i think i'll take a nappie soon. getting exhausted. sighs sighs. args args. well i'm outts. hopes tom will bring in a bit of cloud coverage. sighs sighs. getting tired of all this heat and sunshine. i don't know, falling down to earth now. getting exhausted as usual.

yupz yupz. well, i dunno. really don't want my last weekend before school starts to just simply be sitting at home. sighs sighs. well whatever. i just hope i can have some fun tom. so yeah. keke^^:D:P me outz now. l8a l8a. keke^^:D:P

args....

well, i came home from the gym like about like almost 2 hours ago. blah. plus....i haddn't eaten before i went. so now i have like the total biggest headache. meh. oh wells. keke^^:d:P meh. at least it was fun! keke^^:D:P it would have been better if i had tv to watch or music to listen to. it would have even been better if someone were there with me. but meh. i'm used to being alone now. not muchie of a biggie deal. keke^^:D:P well meh. kinda tired....prolly won't sleep doe. meh.

well you see, people think i'm weird cause i update my thoughts sooo often...meh, it's just cause i have nothing better to do than to sit around in front of the pc and type whatever comes to my head. yeah....i should use these times to be productive...but what can i say?!?!? i'm not much of a productive person. so yeah...meh. keke^^:D:P

hm....ray's leaving to waterloo for like tomorrow. man, i haven't seen that guy for sooo long!!! i haven't even talked to like victor for the longest time too. sighs sighs. i miss those people. i really miss victor. he's been like buzy or has just plain blocked me. sighs sighs. but yeah....he's never on line n e more. sighs sighs.

i know i know, pat and jean always tell me not to associate with those people, such as willy, winston, kk, basically the whole chinese school crew....sighs sighs. but i can't help it. i mean....we were all once really good friends....i just miss old times....even though that jerk ass bastard winston like always made me upset. but yeah.....it's alrights....i still miss him. i know how he uses people to his advantage and all....but i still miss him....

hm......display pic....man...good funny times!!! ken's going to kill me because my hands are always shaking!!! good times.....

what the heck?!?!?

how is it possible that one person that was like 118 can gain like sooo many pounds that by two days after that they are like 132?!?!? just how is that possible??? i mean...even if you sleep and eat and then sleep some more, it's not possible!

sighs sighs......

i won't have a date for prom.....and i know this even though graduation isn't till like 10 months away. but meh. going to prom isn't about the date you bring, it's not even about the dress you wear. it's significant because it will be one of the last time when you can all look at each other and just remember. after university, many things change. people change. meh.

meh

sighs. it's sooo sad. lately i've been listening to such sad music. it's sooo sad. sighs sighs. oh wellz.

i don't know. but for some reason, it really calms me down alot. seriously, i always feel alot better after listening to sad songs, or at least slow songs. maybe when i listen to this kinda music, it slows down everything in my world so that i slow down altogether. seriously, my world goes by sooo fast around me, that sometimes i don't even know what to do. but lately, when i listen to slow music, it slows me down and brings me down to earth.

well, i was talking to tommy just last night, and he's like....you seem oddly excited and happy. i suppose this is true. honestly, i've been feeling like this floaty feeling in my stomache for like the longest time! keke^^:D:P i mean....listening to slow music makes me somewhat sad, but when it's all down and stopped, i feel oddly refreshed like a new person. sighs sighs.

it's the beauty of it all. the little things that you don't see. all the things that you are unable to see because you move tooo fast to get from one place to another. sighs sighs.

Well now

okie dokie...back to my own thought and not my agenda.

keke^^:D:P yupz yupz.

well this weekend is going to be the same old predictable thing. see......well.....i ain't planning to go to the gym. that means i haven't gone to the gym for about a week now. but once school starts....i will go almost every day. trust me on that.....i need to get away from the stresses of school, and have time for me. yupz yupz. that's why i signed up for the gym to begin with. to like ease my mind of tensions.

well when i get my digi cam or my web cam...whichever one comes first.....i will take pictures...keke^^:D:P my first pics will be of like my stuffed animals...or at least me and my stuffed animals. keke^^:D:P

oh wellz.....

Pushing The PAUSE button

  • Having a problem? Getting Frustrated? Take a brea. Push your mental PAUSE button. Relax. then act - don't reacty.

Sheroes and Heroes

  • If you could spend one hour with any person who ever lived, who would it be? Why that person? What would you ask?

What! It's Due Tomoorow?

  • Ever freak out because you suddenly realize that a huge test is scheduled for tomorrow, and you forgot all about it? How can you avoid this in the future?

Ego MANIAC...

  • Do you need to win? Do you go crazy if you lose? If your ego is dependent on being better than other people, you'll always be insecure. How can you change?

Listening Pitfalls

If you really want to understand, avoid these:

  • spacing out
  • pretend listening
  • selective listening
  • judging
  • advising

Instead, listen to understand. Listen actively! (personally, i find nothing wrong with advising, but that's cause well, i like listen to all they haveta say first and then imply my 2 cents.....but meh.....whatever floats your boat....)

Synergy is

  • Celebrating differences
  • teamwork
  • being open-minded
  • Finding new, better solutions

Synergy is NOT

  • Tolerating differences
  • Working alone
  • Thinking you're always right
  • Compromise

Drawn and Quartered

You need to sharpen all four parts of you...

  • Physical - Body
    Exercise, eating well, sleep, relaxation.
  • Mental - Mind
    Read, learn, write.
  • Emotional - heart
    Relationships, service, laughter.
  • Spiritual - soul
Keep a journal, meditate, pray, attend church.
