suicidal

sighs sighs. so it happens that one of my friends is suicidal. sighs sighs. well...more than one. but either way....that is not cool. i mean...thoughts of taking your own life come up at least in your life....but you must learn restraint and discipline. crap...i sound like my english teacher.

but n e whoo....i can't do n e thing to make people not think the way they do. sighs sighs. but....all i can say is that you are not the only one...i've been where you are...more than just once....sighs sighs.

hm...

but whether or not that i am not healthy...it really depends on the amount of calories i intake....so really....i could still be healthy....i just need to find how to do the calculations....i should ask my sister, she would know for sure how to do the calcuations for recommended daily intakes. muhahaha...

i don't know....there's sooo much that i would want to do in univeristy, but there is soo much i would be unwilling to spend time on...

wanna get into waterloo....don't know why....i just do...sighs...sad aye? but whatever...my sister got accepted to every uni she applied to...watch me only get accepted to the one i most don't wanna go to=.= args...

crappers...sighs sighs.....i'm not a very healthy person after all. sighs sighs. yeah....well i'm not surprised that i don't eat at least 2000 calories a day.....and most calculations are calculated on a 2000 calorie per day diet...but n e whoo.... i think i haveta keep a record of all the things i eat. because i can't let myself wither or over indulge in foods=.= how fun aye?? args.....

sighs....maybe this is why i'm always sooo tired...because i don't have enough energy to last a whole day....but then again....i can't eat alot either....hm.....whack...totally weird. but still....i'm not healthy if you were only to look at numbers. maybe that's why i take sooo long to heal....sighs....gotsta eat more healthy...
