crappers...sighs sighs.....i'm not a very healthy person after all. sighs sighs. yeah....well i'm not surprised that i don't eat at least 2000 calories a day.....and most calculations are calculated on a 2000 calorie per day diet...but n e whoo.... i think i haveta keep a record of all the things i eat. because i can't let myself wither or over indulge in foods=.= how fun aye?? args.....

sighs....maybe this is why i'm always sooo tired...because i don't have enough energy to last a whole day....but then again....i can't eat alot either....hm.....whack...totally weird. but still....i'm not healthy if you were only to look at numbers. maybe that's why i take sooo long to heal....sighs....gotsta eat more healthy...
