sighs...

me hungee....hungee i tell you....hungeeeee. but, i haveta learn to control these urges to eat cause that's the reason i got sooo fat to begin with. yeah yeah, all you people out there are going to tell me to shut up because i have a good body and i'm not fat. but.....to meh, i'm not used to being 130 pounds plus......i'm more acquainted to my 110 size. a size zero. sighs sighs. now i'm a size 3....sighs sighs. if not size 5. args args. blah.....need to loose some ass fat. gotsta stop sittin around in my house and just moaning about getting fat. oh wellz.

ekeke^^:D:P well i have noticed that going to the gym has lost some of that fat and toned it to muscle. the only reason why i don't do weight training is cause after like a lil while of not doing it, it'll get you turning all that muscle into fat.....so that's why i do cardio. not only does it work out my lungs, it works out my heart and my legs, and depending on the machine, even my arms. so basically, it works my lower part of my upper body. that's how you get a flat stomache to all those people who ask me how i get my flat stomache. keke^^:D:P so yuppers...there's my secret...not that it is much of one...keke^^:D:P

yeah, the key to not becoming fat isn't simply eating less carbs, or eating less calories, or eating less of food. it's simply being balanced in eating the things you want and the things you need.
