been thinking......on an elliptical....it really doesn't make a diff if i go faster on it or having higher resistance. by going faster, i get more repetition on the muscle. if i were to use higher resistance, it builds muscles and makes it more defined. but what i'm looking for isn't defined. i'm just looking for endurance, so isn't it better to run faster and longer than shorter and higher resistance??!?!
